The Legislative Aide for District 8 is Kristin Hunziker. Kristin graduated from UC Berkeley with degrees in Political Science and French. Her policy areas of expertise are healthcare quality and costs, redistricting, women's equity, and progressive leadership. She is currently working on creating the nation's first-ever "student district" for Berkeley City Council.

Noah Efron is a Student Advocacy Intern and a 4th-Year Cal student getting his degrees in Economics and Computer Science. He is the Redistricting Director in the Office of the ASUC Vice President of External Affairs and a member of UC Berkeley's Model UN. His policy areas of interest are redistricting, crime, and Berkeley's quota system.
Mike Drake is an Army Veteran who served as a medic for 4 years in Afghanistan. He is a Veterans' Advocacy Intern and a 4th-Year Cal student getting his degree in Political Science. He is the President of the Cal Veterans' Organization. His policy areas of interest are veterans' services and connecting homeless veterans with County services.
