Recommendation: 1) Adopt a Resolution confirming the appointment of Debra R. Pryor as Fire Chief and 2) adopt a Resolution amending Resolution No. 60,777-N.S., Unrepresented Employee Manual, regarding benefits for the newly appointed Fire Chief.
