Quarterly Market Median and Vacancy Registration Reports
1st Quarter 2002 through Current

Quarterly reports to the Executive Director of the Rent Stabilization Board.  Market median rents for Studio to 3-bedroom units are calculated based on new tenancy information.  New tenancies are counted and reported by sub-market area.
