Relevant Labor Market - persons with skill sets in an urban area (SMSA) who are eligible (of age) and qualified to fill jobs recruited by employers located in that MSA.The 2010 figures were not available at this the time this report was compiled, May 2011.
Parity - is the benchmark or target figure that equals the % of minorities and women in the relevant labor market.
Interpretation of Parity - Parity figures for minorities or women at or below 51% warrant remedial action.
