Payment Provisions: 

Time of Payment:     Upon Application

Location Of Payment:     Permit Service Center, 2120 Milvia Street

Payment Conditions:     No refunds on fee; refund of deposit upon

Inspections After Fee is Paid: 

Planning Commission action within 50 days after application is deemed complete. Subdivider has 2 years in which to submit final parcel map. Conditions must be satisfied prior to acceptance of final parcel map for approval.

Other Pertinent Information: 

Building, frontage and drainage improvements may be required. Payment of park fees and dedication of right-of-way may be required. Improvement plans may be required depending upon conditions of approval.
