Appointments: Checklist for Building Permit Applications
Appointments are strongly encouraged for the following types of building permit applications:
- Checklist for your appointment
- New project submittals
- Resubmittal of plans with responses to plan check comments
- Revisions to plans for projects with issued building permits
- Appointments are also accepted for Fire Department permits and Construction Parking permits.
Making an appointment will greatly reduce the amount of time spent applying for a permit.
Please call (510) 981-7502 to schedule your appointment.
When you come to the Permit Service Center, please let the person at the Welcome Station know you have a scheduled appointment.
