Tdap (Whooping Cough) Vaccine School Requirement
All 7th graders and 8th - 12th grade students transferring from another state or country are required to get a whooping cough shot/booster (also known as “Tdap”) before starting the 2012-2013 school year. Parents should contact their health care provider to find out if their child needs the “Tdap” vaccine. If you do not have a regular health care provider, the vaccine is offered at select times at the City of Berkeley’s Public Health Clinic and Berkeley High. Times and details are available below.

WHEN: Tdap shots available on the following schedule. Drop-in only; No appointments.
- $17.00 administration fee. No one will be turned away for inability to pay
- Monday & Tuesday: 9:00 - 11:00 am and 1:00 - 4:00 pm
- Thursday: 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.
