PLEASE NOTE: The Ann Chandler Public Health Center will be CLOSED for services on Thursday, November 24 and Friday November 25 in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday.  Our services will resume regular schedules on Monday, November 28, 2016.

FLU VACCINE 
The best way to prevent the flu is to get a flu vaccination each flu season.   

NEW! - The Flu Vaccine is now available!  

Who: Anyone 3 years of age and older; Residents of Berkeley who have private health insurance (i.e. Kaiser, MediCal, Blue Cross Managed Care, etc.) should first check with their regular health care provider to receive the flu vaccine.

Cost: Free

For all other childhood vaccinations we will make appointments with local providers within 5 business days for those who qualify, or provide referrals for immunization services.

WHO IS THE IMMUNIZATION PROGRAM FOR:

Residents of Berkeley and surrounding areas who are uninsured or whose insurance does not cover immunizations.

Charge for Services:  $26/Administrative fee per vaccine (No one will be denied immunizations due to inability to pay)

Languages Spoken:
  English and Spanish
