Scope of Work: Work of Contract comprises the GRADING AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS, NEW PLAY EQUIPMENT, NEW SAFETY SURFACING, PATHWAYS AND OTHER MINOR SITE AMENITIES for the City of Berkeley (“City”), located at 1644 VIRGINIA STREET. BERLELEY, CA and ancillary work in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents. Play equipment to be provided by Owner for installation by Contractor. Contractor will pick it up at its stored location within the City of Berkeley. See Document 01000, Part 2, Section 2.02.

A California “A” contractor's license is required to bid this contract. Joint ventures must secure a joint venture license prior to award of this Contract.

14-10864-C - Echo Lake Camp - Dining Hall Structural Remeditation

Scope of Work: Work of Contract comprises all work on drawings listed in Document 00004, List of Drawings, and the specifications, including but not limited to the following: structural retrofits to the existing Echo Lake Camp Dining Hall, including replacing damaged framing members including truss chords, truss connections, posts, beams and joists; removal of existing T1-11 siding and replace with plywood sheathing and battens, shearwall nailing, seismic ties, and interior endwall framing for the City of Berkeley (“City”), located at Echo Lake Camp, Echo Lake, CA and ancillary work in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents. Certain materials will be Owner furnished/Contractor installed (see project drawings and Document 01000, Summary of Work, paragraph 1.06).

A California “B” contractor's license is required to bid this contract. Joint ventures must secure a joint venture license prior to award of this Contract.
