Scope of Work: The work done under these specifications and plans includes but is not limited to structural remediation and retrofits to the existing lodge deck at Echo Lake Camp. The retrofit consists of replacing damaged bracing members and framing hardware with new cable or steel braces and providing a continuous load path to resist lateral forces due to sliding and shedding snow. All work shall be performed in accordance with these specifications and plans.
