Election Information: Mass Mailings Index and Forms

The Berkeley Election Reform Act has specific requirements with regards to Mass Mailings.  If a campaign communication meets the definition of a Mass Mailing in BMC Section 2.12.150, a certification form and three copies of the mailing must be filed with the City Clerk.

The mass mailings index on this website is a comprehensive listing of these mailings, including date mailed and a brief description of the mailing.  Hard copies of mass mailings are on file in the Office of the City Clerk, 2180 Milvia Street.
